Follow these steps if the Cloud Bazaar game is not tracking your movements accurately
This troubleshooting guide is for players who are having issues with the game’s ability to track your movements. If you are completing the movements as specified during the game, but the airship does not respond accurately, complete each step until the issues resolve. Remember your setup, for next time.
If you are experiencing unexplained error messages or a technical glitch in the game, please take a screenshot and submit it via our error form.
Maintain a proper distance from the webcam.
Ensure your body from the waist up is within the frame of the webcam. Make sure that your arms, shoulders and head never leave the frame of the webcam during the game. Adjust this by backing away slightly from the webcam.
Adjust the lighting in the room.
Make sure you are well lit and the background behind you is darker. Most of the light should be in front of you, rather than behind. For example, sit in front of a bright window during the daytime, or turn on a lamp or other bright light and face it towards you if it’s darker out.
Ensure you do not blend in with your surroundings.
If possible, wear bright, non-restrictive clothes that do not blend in with your surroundings. If you are seated while playing the game, ensure your clothing is a different color than your chair. Alternatively, try playing against a blank wall, or putting a solid-coloured blanket on your chair or hang it behind you.
Adjust your movements if possible.
If you are still experiencing issues, try adjusting your movements by putting both wrists in your lap and push your elbows outward. Bring both wrists to your chest so that your wrists never go in front of your elbows. Try this 10 times, then do the motion normally. If you are unable to complete this movement, move onto the next step.
Add colored wristbands.
Try adding brightly-coloured wristbands onto both wrists while you play the game.
